Founding offer terms

Limited to one account and one first monthly billing cycle. Regular monthly pricing applies only after an explicit paid checkout; cancel future renewal anytime. Provider-confirmed eligibility and discount enforcement remain required before this offer can be redeemed. Cariew does not display a manufactured countdown or promise an unconfirmed discount.

Evaluation and renewal

Signup does not grant credits. The account requests server activation after verified email, verified phone and signed desktop pairing. Credits expire seven days after activation. No card is required and no paid subscription is created by evaluation activation. Phone-verification delivery and updated native pairing remain launch prerequisites.

What is not included

Model-provider charges are not included. You connect a supported desktop AI, CLI or API account you control. Local v1 covers major version 1 and twelve months of v1 updates; it is not described as a lifetime license. All four plans retain your pricing market through account verification. USD checkout and any unconfirmed provider amount are blocked pending price reconciliation.

Cancellation

Use the account's Cancel future renewal action for a subscription with a server-issued ID. Renewal is stopped only after server/provider confirmation; errors do not count as cancellation. Confirmed paid access continues through the server's paid-through date. Missing records require support reconciliation. Your local records remain on your computer.
