Senior Product Engineer, Desktop & Web

What you will own

• Build accessible application, assessment and interview workflows across desktop and Web.
• Design reliable local-first state, encrypted synchronization and recovery experiences.
• Own implementation, tests, observability and release evidence rather than handing work between teams.
• Translate candidate feedback into small, measurable product improvements.

First 90-day outcomes

• Ship a stable onboarding and first-value journey.
• Reduce user-visible connector and session failures.
• Deliver reproducible macOS, Windows and Linux release candidates.

What we are looking for

• Strong TypeScript/React product engineering experience.
• Production ownership of APIs, state and user-facing reliability.
• Experience with desktop runtimes, Rust or Tauri is valuable but not mandatory.
• Clear written communication and evidence-led engineering judgment.
