Regional Community & Partnerships Lead, APAC and MENA

What you will own

• Develop relationships with career cells, bootcamps, staffing firms and technical communities.
• Run permitted demos and structured beta-feedback sessions.
• Adapt campaigns to regional hiring norms without changing product truth.
• Track partner source, activated users, support load and paid conversion.

First 90-day outcomes

• Launch five qualified regional partner pilots.
• Build a repeatable partner onboarding and attribution process.
• Produce reviewed regional insights for product and content teams.

What we are looking for

• Existing relationships in developer, career or startup communities.
• Evidence of partnership or community outcomes.
• Fluent professional English plus one relevant regional language.
• No use of spam, fake endorsements or undisclosed promotion.
