Backend & Automation Integrations Engineer

What you will own

• Implement secure integrations for email, ATS and approved browser workflows.
• Build idempotent queues, receipts, retries, rate limits and audit trails.
• Maintain PostgreSQL tenant isolation and SQLite-to-managed synchronization.
• Instrument failures so automation never reports completion without evidence.

First 90-day outcomes

• Productionize the first connector and application automation set.
• Achieve deterministic deduplication and authoritative receipt capture.
• Create operator tooling for support, deletion and billing reconciliation.

What we are looking for

• Production Python or TypeScript backend experience.
• Strong PostgreSQL, queues, APIs and distributed-systems fundamentals.
• Experience with browser automation, OAuth or email integrations.
• Security-conscious handling of secrets, identities and external side effects.
